"These are really nice bamboo trifold inserts, however I personally prefer a cotton or hemp option like Geffen Baby prefolds, Little LoveBum hemp trifolds, or Thirsties hemp inserts, as bamboo is more fragile and less eco-friendly due to the processing... On the plus side it does stay the softest in hard water"

Machine wash 40-60 degrees and Line dry only, and no heated airer

Washing (and Using) Reausable Nappies

This bamboo insert is designed to fit inside the Littlelamb Sized pocket nappy but works just as well in our OneSize or any other brand of similar nappies.

The yarn is woven rather than knitted to keep the bulk down. They are three times as heavy as our standard bamboo booster and absorb three times the quantity of fluid.

As there are no seams they dry quickly - quicker than a similar cotton insert.
Being woven, and not knitted, they will shrink up to 10% in size after the first few washes but that doesn't affect the efficiency.
